Which Camera to choose? (Discussion)

Hi guys, I had a camera which had good performance(Konica Minolta DiMage Xg). It had an internal optical zoom. Is the internal zoom available for less than 10,000 rupees? 

Also, does this sensitivity plays a great deal in picture? (I mean Sony Advertizes it can have upto ISO3200 while I got good pictures even for ISO400. I couldn't find any differences between the pics...)
